Very disappointed with service. No proper massage, not worth at all. Had purchased 2 coupons for 2 people but because of some reasons, made us use it for 1 person, 52€ was waste of money! That was not facial at all, just some cream on face! Definitely need a refund.

The whole experience was ok. The results were fine but I did find a few hairs that weren't ripped out from the root but just ripped half way or not ripped at all. It was done quite quickly but that's not exactly a good thing. Overall, for the value it was good.
