Burn Fitness Dublin put on a variety of group training classes that are designed to be fun and work as an introduction to their social environment. Sessions last up to one hour and include circuit training, which comprises a variety of exercise that are to be completed one after another. Other classes include a combination of workouts, such as the spin and kettlebells class or the cardio and kettlebells class, allowing for a diverse set of workouts and muscles groups to be worked at the same time.
