The Deal

Running over a period of 10 weeks, this series of bootcamp sessions encourages guests of all fitness levels to smash their cardio and strength targets. Up to 20 workouts last between 45 and 60 minutes each, plus warm-up and cool-down time. With an aim to get clients feeling active, sessions use various training methods, while also teaching routines to keep fit once the course comes to an end.

The Merchant

Between sporting brawls and tackle training, the team at Connacht Rugby also helps visitors to get in shape with comprehensive fitness programmes. High-intensity interval training, strength work, boxing and circuits are designed to offer a rounded bill of fitness, while the rugby grounds location makes for a little inspiration. As well as bodily wellbeing, sessions are focussed on team work, encouragement and sociable exercise.

Booking: Required online. Present printed Groupon on arrival. 24-hour cancellation policy.
Restrictions: Valid Mon-Thu 6.30pm-7.30pm. Mon and Wed sessions for advanced level and Tue and Thu intermediate level. Max 2 sessions can be attended a week. Full refund if found unsuitable.
