Dhriti was very welcoming and very good at what she was doing. I went for a bacial and it was relaxing and soothing. Spa was clean and tidy and every covid measure was taken before and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Dhriti :)

I had a lovely treatment with Gabriella. I lost track of everything and was really able to relax. It makes such a difference when your aesthetician is not only well trained but actually loves what they do. It makes all the difference.

Facial was lovely however I had a gift voucher that I asked could I used next time...the voucher is 5 years old...I was practically laughed at...the voucher was still paid for at the end of the day and I didn't appreciate the managers attitude...she told me she would ask the owner and ring me needless to say I'm still awaiting that call

Shop closed due to level 5 restrictions. I emailed them and they are posting me out a new voucher with an extended expiry date. Great customer service so far.
