Stage 1: Intake Assessment & Clinical History

This stage lays the groundwork for understanding whether ADHD may be part of your experience. It provides the insight needed to move forward confidently into formal diagnosis or explore other areas of well-being.

Teleconference Evaluation - Following an initial screening and self assessment, you’ll have an in-depth 60–90 minute consultation with one of our clinicians via teleconference. During this conversation, your clinician will take a full personal and medical history to build a clear picture of your current challenges.

Psychometric Rating Scales - You may be asked to complete standardized questionnaires that measure symptoms like attention, impulsivity, or hyperactivity and their impact on daily life.
