Foodies can learn the art of cooking shellfish to perfection with a two and a half hour cookery class with demonstration. Chef Greg O’Rourke will use different types of shellfish from scallops, prawns, crab and clams in a few easy-to-repeat recipes. The class will be held in the oldest fish shop on the pier and will include lots of tastings and a glass of wine per person.

Greg O’Rourke Cookery provides cookery classes with live cookery demonstrations as well as private catering. Guests can attend anything from a one-off class to a four week fish cookery course which covers one-pot dishes, starters, main courses, soups and sauces and is run seasonally. He can also create bespoke classes, where guests choose what they want to learn.
