2. Shop the Easons website and add your goods to your basket
3. Click the basket button in the top right corner of the page
4. Enter your discount code and click ‘Add’

How much does delivery cost from Easons?

All orders over €10 are delivered for free. For orders less than €10, the fee is €3.80. If you live near an Easons’ location, you can opt for Click and Collect. This free service allows you to pick up your order from your closest participating Easons in as little as two hours after ordering. You will receive an email and text when your order is ready to be picked up, on top of your Easons discount code, that's not a bad book purchase at all!

What if an item I want from Easons is out of stock?

If an item is listed online as temporarily out of stock, click the notify me button to be sent an email when it becomes available again. If you live close to an Easons store you can also check if they have the item in question in stock as a store’s stock is not included in what is available online.

Can I return my Easons order?

Should you wish to return all or part of your order you must notify Easons within 42 days. Returns are only accepted on goods that are still in their original packaging with any security seals intact. If you’d like to return an item you must first contact Easons via their contact form, you can also return an item to Easons stores within 42 days of receiving it. Be sure to bring your invoice or email confirmation of the order with you to receive a refund.

What payment options does Easons accept?

For online orders Easons accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. 3V cards and PayPal are also accepted.
