What delivery options does Debenhams offer?

Standard delivery will take up to 5 working days and costs €4.95 for orders under €30.
For free delivery keep an eye out for a Debenhams discount code, or order over €30 worth of goods.
Next Day delivery is only €5.95 but be sure to place your order before 12pm.

Does Debenhams have a click & collect option?

For no cost you can chose to pick up your purchases from your most convenient Debenhams store. Most click & collect orders placed before 12pm will be available the next day. Most, but not all items, are available for click & collect. Look for the click & collect icon next to your chosen item before ordering.

What is the Debenhams returns policy?

Most Debenham items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange an item you must bring it back to a store; if it’s a refund you’d like, you can return your item by post or in store.
