What delivery options are available with Dunnes?

Dunnes has two delivery options:

Next day courier delivery orders must be placed before 10pm from Sun-Fri, and costs €3.95. 
Collection from a Dunnes store is free and takes between 1-3 working days.

Furniture from Dunnes is delivered by DHL, and specific prices and timescales apply. All furniture deliveries cost €65 (€45 if in Dublin) and will be completed within 3-5 working days of the order being placed.

Does Dunnes have free delivery?

Yes. Non-furniture orders over €50 are eligible for free next-day courier delivery. Some Dunnes stores offers may also allow you to benefit from free delivery.

How do I return an item to Dunnes?

Orders can be returned within 28 days of purchase, so long as they are in their original packaging and in saleable condition. To return an item in store, simply provide proof of purchase such as a dispatch note to receive a refund.

Items can also be returned by post for a refund, although this will not cover the price of postage. Return items to the following address:
