How to use a JD Sports discount code

You can apply your JD Sports saving in a few quick steps, starting with our top offers:

2. We’ll either take you directly to the JD Sports website or a box will pop up with the promo code - copy this for later
3. Carry on with your shop as normal, and then click the ‘checkout’ button when you’re ready to pay
4. You won’t need to sign in to redeem the discount - just paste the promotional code into the ‘discount code’ box
5. Click ‘redeem’ and you’re done!

What are JD Sports’ delivery options?

Standard Delivery costs €4 and takes 5 working days. Order over €70 worth of items and standard delivery is free.

Next Day Delivery is €11.99 on orders made before 2pm.
(Deliveries are carried out by DHL on weekdays)

You can also collect direct from your nearest store if the item is in stock. You’ll need to bring proof of purchase (more info available on the delivery page).

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll be sent a dispatch email with a tracking link or you can view tracking info in your order history when you login to your account. When your dispatch email is sent, you should allow up to 24 hours for your order info to be visible.

Collect From Store orders are tracked internally, so tracking info can’t be passed on to the customer. JD Sports will email you when your order is in store.

Can I return my JD Sports order?

If for any reason you need to make a return, it’s easy to get a refund. You can make free returns to your nearest store. Just take your dispatch note and the item(s) you wish to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Postal returns are free with Parcel Motel. Just head to the Parcel Motel website, select “I have a prepaid label” and choose “JD Sports” from the dropdown menu.
