The WaistFree Method is a hypnotherapy course which can be completed at home. Ten weekly modules incorporate mindfulness and self-hypnosis techniques to help users reach their weight goals by changing their behavioural patterns and habits. Each module includes a video and a guided self-hypnosis session, as well as supporting materials, which can be used online or downloaded.
