About Mateis Salt Cave
About Matei's Salt CaveLocated in Castleknock, Matei's Salt Cave welcomes little ones and grown-ups. The cave features 20 tons of salt on the walls and floor, helping to clear the lungs and improve skin condition. Salt therapy lasting 45 minutes for children and '45 minutes' for adults is available as single sessions as well as packages, and the cave is kitted out with a kids play area and soft armchairs.

Worst customer service with rude, lying receptionist.Charged extra 10 euros because she thought that voucher for family of four should be 2 adults and 2 kids under 8.
Been in many haloterapy rooms, but this businesses don't want new customers they want one star review.

the receptionist was very rude. she asked if I had been there before and I mentioned yes and she said you cant use a voucher twice, instead she could asked in what conditions as my previous visit I was there invited by a friend I don't remember in what conditions. also since that moment, she wasn't helpful. unfortunately a very bad experience due a bad customer service experience

Had to listene to the receptionist talking very loudly outside the room for most of the session. Hard to relax!
