Amazing experience, brilliant value

Excellent massage!

The massage and facial were lovely, and the massuse was really great but unfortunately the whole experience was spoilt because the room was cold and the towel put over me was damp. I could not relax, the whole time i felt freezing, to the point i was actually shaking. I said it a few times during the massage and she did her best to try make me warm by adding extra blankets, warm pillows and moving the one heater in the room closer but unfortunately the room just could not get warm enough. I looked around after and it was only one plug in heater in a large room with tall ceilings. I understand it is in the middle of winter and there were heavy rains but the room should have been prepared before hand. I regret not stopping the massage and leaving because i was ill later on the day and I am only just after getting over the illness now - one week later. I hope this can be rectified so that others do not have the same poor experience.
