Established in 2015 in Sandymount Village, Sandymount Neuromuscular and Sports Injury Clinic specialises in sports rehabilitation and orthopedic assesment. The team is comprised of six therapists who have helped boxers, runners, ballet dancers and rugbists throughout their careers. The owner, Susan O’Neill, is a neuromuscular physical therapist, while John Smith is a trainee Osteopath at University College of Osteopathy in London. Remedial and deep tissue work is provided by Christina Captieux who is also a post-graduate yoga instructor and yoga therapist. Boasting a title of Stott Pilates instructor since 2010, Karen Watkins is responsible for running personal training sessions designed to help participants reach their fitness goals. Mairead Finnegan specialises in holistic health and naturopathy, and holds International Therapy Examinations Council diplomas. Certified by Athletic Rehabilitation Therapists Ireland, Craig Grehan provides athletic rehabilitation sessions alongside sports massage, nutrition, fitness instruction, aromatherapy and reflexology.
