A combination of psychotherapy and relaxation aims to support customers’ smoking cessation efforts; follow-up sessions available if needed
What You'll Get
- What’s included: smoking cessation workshop | two 150-minute back-up sessions over the following three months if needed
The techniques used in this session work in the opposite way to the willpower method. Instead of concentrating on the reasons the smoker should not smoke, such as the money, the slavery, the health risks and the stigma, it focuses on correcting the reasons the smoker is still choosing to smoke. The session lasts up to five and a half hours.
