Iberia Plus Programme
What are Avios?
Avios are the reward currency of IberiaPlus, the loyalty programme of Iberia airlines. By collecting Avios, customers can turn their flights and shopping into reward flights with Iberia and other partner airlines, such as Aer Lingus, Meridiana, and others. Customers who are not yet members of Iberia Plus can sign up for free here.
How to add purchased Avios to the Iberia Plus account?
Enter the Iberia plus ID number during the next step of the purchase. Once the purchase is completed, Avios will then be added automatically to the Iberia Plus account within 15 working days.
What can Avios be used for?
Avios can be used toward reward flights or cabin upgrades with Iberia and Oneworld airlines. One-way reward flights start from 4,000 Avios. Each flight has a minimum guaranteed number of available seats. In addition to the Avios required, customers will have to pay the taxes, fees and carrier charges in cash.
Example reward flight routes:
- Dublin to Amsterdam: 4,000 Avios off-peak
- Belfast to Barcelona: 6,500 Avios off-peak
- Shannon to Lanzarote: 8,500 Avios off-peak
- Dublin to New York: 13,000 Avios, economy, off-peak
What can Avios be used for?
- Reward flights with Oneworld airlines’ partners
- Cabin upgrades on flights already booked
- Booking flight tickets for other people
Fine Print
Validity: Voucher expires 7 Nov 2019. Please take note the coupon will be automatically redeemed and Avios awarded once purchase is concluded.
Purchase: There is a limit of 1 voucher for one option per Groupon customer. A maximum of 134,000 Avios can be credited to customer's account.
Redemption: Once the purchase is completed the coupon will be automatically redeemed and Avios added to the Iberia Plus ID number. The Avios will be awarded within 15 working days. No refunds or cancellations permitted. Groupon reserves the right to cancel and reverse transactions in the case of fraudulent activity.
