Not the easiest site to navigate.... And production takes quite a while. I ordered mine 15 days ago and it's still only at 50% so don't order if you're in a rush for the item. Contacted them and was told it will also take 7-10 working days for delivery once complete. So will definitely not receive it in time for Christmas. Also, steer clear of customer service chat option. Took me over an hour to get through to someone and then her replies were five mins apart of not more.
