About Shakshuka
Shakshuka, sister restaurant to The Silk Road Café at the Chester Beatty Library, is a Rathmines-based restaurant that provides Palestinian and Middle Eastern cuisine. The recently renovated interior was designed to resemble Bedouin tent along with a vibe from tales and stories about its Golden Age. Proprietor Abraham Phelan has more than 40 years of cooking experience in Ireland and Greece. He has also founded Silk Road Kitchen, Irelands first Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Cookery School.
