Interflora FAQs

Interflora only offers free delivery in the circumstance of a funeral. However, if you’re a member of the Interflora Delivery Pass, you can receive unlimited free delivery throughout the year. You may also be able to use a handy Interflora discount code to get yourself free delivery, so it is well worth a look at our offers.

If you've only just booked in a delivery and you want to make a tweak or cancel you can get in touch and they'll do there best to help. Unfortunately, if you've ordered a bouquet, or another handcrafted gift, and it's already been made up and sent out, Interflora can't cancel or change it. They might be able to help if you're sending something that isn't freshly made (like a plant, or a hamper) but you need to get in touch at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

Absolutely. Take your pick of decadent chocolates, the finest fizz, fluffy teddy bears and other tasty tipples. You can also add a beautiful glass vase so the lucky person getting blooms barely needs to lift a finger. You can add these finishing touches just before you pay. They're available on all orders in the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland, except sympathy and funeral orders.

Interflora guarantees that flowers will remain fresh for 7 days after delivery. Be aware that flowers from the summer and spring collections are only guaranteed to remain fresh for 5 days after delivery.

What delivery options are available with Interflora?

Interflora offers a wide range of delivery options, depending on when and where you want your order. Orders before 3pm can be delivered on the same day from €11. Flowers can be delivered on a nominated day from €8 and at a nominated time for €15. You can also order flowers for delivery on a Sunday at €14 and international delivery for €14. Flowers can also be ordered for collection for free, or in the unfortunate case of a bereavement, funeral flowers will be delivered for free.
