How to use a Photobox discount code

Ensure you get a great deal on your personalised memorabilia by doing the following:

• Pick an offer or discount code from our selection by clicking the corresponding green ‘See Code’ or ‘Get Deal’ prompt.
• If you’ve chosen an offer without a code, just click the link in the follow-up window to be taken to the relevant page with the discount in place.
• When selecting a code, copy it as it becomes visible before following the link through to Photobox.
• Create your personalised items as normal, then when you’re ready click the shopping basket icon.
• Scroll down beneath the delivery options as shown below and paste your code in the specified box.
• Click ‘Apply’ to see your savings take effect, after which you can continue through checkout and finish paying.

Photobox delivery methods

With most custom Photobox products, you can choose between standard delivery and express delivery. Delivery fees and times vary according to the product, starting from €1.49 for a card and 3 working days minimum. Photobox cancellations

If you cancel your order or contact the team within 30 minutes of placing an order, it will be possible to refund you your purchase directly into your Photobox account. Due to the personalised nature of the items from Photobox, cancellations after 30 minutes will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. Should your product arrive faulty, contact customer service immediately to find a solution.
