I made an appointment and then had to cancel two weeks in advance, so they had plenty of notice. I tried after that to phone for a new appointment and there was no answer after about 30 phone calls over 6-8 weeks. So, its a lie that I redeemed the voucher, I was out of pocket of 59 euros and was very annoyed that there was no answer to their phone for months. The experience stopped me using groupon for ages.
