Restrictions: In regard to Comic Con/Cosplay, we would ask that no (airsoft RIF) or (real weapons) be brought to this convention, or they will be refused entry. An airsoft device in a public place is deemed as a firearm, according to the Department of Justice. For example, Airsoft guns, which are real, imitation firearms, metal blades, metal hammers, knives, wooden baseball bats, etc... The only exception for guns at this event is a 3D printed prop or Nerf gun with no ammunition. We would also ask that all cosplay be family-friendly and suitable, as this is a family-friendly event. The venue is fully accessible for visitors with mobility requirements. This is a ground-floor-only event:
• Wheelchair Access – Extra-wide (2.5m) walkways as the minimum throughout the venue.
• Sensory Santa – Gentle, understanding, and experienced with all children.
• Lighting – Some flashing lights (Christmas themed).
• Stage & Entertainment – Live shows, raffles, cosplay contests all day. (SOUND) Quiet time 9:00–10:30 am for shopping & photos.
• Fun Fair – Minimum height rules apply. Staff will advise before rides on other Recommendations.
• Food & Allergies – Please inform vendors of any allergies before ordering Food.
• Safety – First Aid, Security, and Event Staff onsite. People caught stealing will be prosecuted.
• Included with Entry – Elf shows, live entertainment, cosplay meet & greets, Christmas photo sets, character encounters, special guests, and free parking.
• Respect for All – Cosplay is not consent. No harassment. No means No.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Some attractions (e.g., funfair rides) may require additional tokens.
• Event runs rain or shine indoors.
• Tickets non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Valid only for the date and option purchased.

If the event is cancelled due to an event outside of the merchant's control (including any recommendations from the Ministry of Health), Groupon will reimburse you the money you have paid for the voucher. If the event is postponed Groupon will only reimburse you if you request a refund.
